Complete responsibility for all HR documentation / backend TA process
Responsible for capturing and tracking TA metrics.
Responsible for Background verification of the candidates (End to end process)

HR File maintenance, Hard and digital copies.
Ensure that all aspects of the recruitment process are followed & are in accordance with the defined SOPs.
Manage and track recruitment MIS.
Audit and 100% documents compliance
Employee Query Management
Employee Life cycle Changes Management
Good Communication
2-3 Year Experience in HR Shared Services
Desired Qualification Preferred MBA or PG Diploma Human Resources
