Scouting for:: Senior HR Executive Location: Mumbai [Hybrid] Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager / VP HR & Operations Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role will primarily focus on driving talent acquisition strategies and ensuring seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes, HR policies, and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: 1. Strategic Recruitment Planning: - Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans that align with the companys business objectives. - Collaborate with department heads to understand specific talent needs and forecast hiring requirements. - Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including leveraging social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. 2. End-to-End Recruitment Process: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, selection, and offer negotiation. - Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates, ensuring alignment with both job requirements and company culture. - Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions. - Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs. 3. Employer Branding: - Enhance the companys employer brand through strategic communication and engagement with potential candidates. - Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry networking events to promote the company as an employer of choice. - Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to attract top talent. 4. Onboarding: - Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires. - Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that introduce new employees to the companys values, culture, and operations. - Ensure all necessary documentation, including contracts and compliance forms, is completed accurately and on time. HR Operations: 1. HR Policy Management: - Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. - Ensure all HR activities adhere to company policies and labor laws, minimizing legal risks and maintaining a fair workplace. 2. HR Systems and Processes: - Manage and optimize HR systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in areas such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management. - Regularly review and refine HR processes to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall productivity. 3. Employee Records and Documentation: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews. - Ensure the secure handling of sensitive employee data in compliance with data protection regulations. - Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning. 4. Compensation and Benefits Administration: - Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. - Work closely with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. 5. Employee Relations and Compliance: - Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues. - Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions as needed. - Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. CSR Events and Employee Engagement: 1. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): - Plan and execute CSR initiatives that align with the companys mission and values. - Engage employees in CSR activities, promoting a culture of social responsibility and community involvement. 2. Employee Engagement: - Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale, retention, and productivity. - Organize team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs that contribute to a positive work environment. - Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions, using the insights to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and HR operations. - Skills: - Proven expertise in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems). - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join US: You will contribute to a mission that is all about fostering growth and excellence.
