Job Description ( HR Executive ) – Complete Execution of ELC ( Employee Life Cycle )
Location – Mumbai
1. Assist in Hiring and recruitment process.
2. Assist in Joining Formalities and onboarding activities, Induction and Orientation formalities.
3. Assist in Employee Engagement management, feedback and surveys.
4. Employee Grievance Handling.
5. Employee performance management.
6. Employee Database Management.
7. Employee benefits management, Payroll and compliance management i.e. Leaves, Attendance and Salary, Incentives, reimbursements.
8. Assist in all Documentations – Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Warning Letter, FNF letter, Appraisal Letter etc.
9. Assist in employee off boarding activities - Conducting exit interviews and feedback.
