Maintains department office area in an organized and professional manner including employee personal files and equipment.
Implements and maintains filing system, both paper and computer.
Execution of Joining, bank account opening formalities.
Maintains a daily log of important information to share with the department.
Preparation of Appointment & Confirmation letters of new joiners.
Effective working on employee query report in a timely manner.
Assisting senior colleagues during salary process.
Preparation of Identity cards for new joiners on monthly basis.
Checking leave slips outlet wise during attendance process, ensure leave slips filled according to leave data received from the outlet.
Attending employee who come up with any sort of work or grievances & to ensure the employee is directed to senior colleague for further communication
