Doing End to End Recruitment for open positions. This is in-house recruitments only.
Managing entire recruitment in a process-driven ATS environment.
Managing Selection to Joining Process
Onboarding Management
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in handling recruitments successfully.
Experience in ATS, Process Driven environment will be a big advantage,
Good communication skills for engaging with Prospective candidates
Skill for CV screening as per job requirement and doing Telephonic interview or initial screening.
Experience in Using job portals for sourcing candidates.
