We are looking for an efficient Human Resources Executive to undertake a variety of HR administrative and functional duties. The person should have 1-2 years of relevant work experience, Graduates from any field of education can apply.
The ideal candidate should have sound communication skills, have decent skills of working on MS Excel, should have operational knowledge of PF and ESIC compliance. The person should be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure smooth end-to-end running of HR processes and operations.
Major work responsibilities are outlined below:
· Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
· Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires.
· Responsible for payroll processing and compliance for employees.
· Responsible for managing employee life cycle for a division of the business.
· Address employee queries and concerns.
· Support assigned business function.
