Job Description
Partner with leadership Team to understand and execute the organization human recourses and talent strategy.
Manage the talent acquisition process which may include recruitment , interviewing and hiring qualified applicants for professional role .
Coordinate with department managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
Analyze trends in compensation benefits , researches and propose competitive base incentive pay program to ensure organization attract and retain talent
Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing grievances
Maintain compliance and local employment law and regulations
Requirement
Excellent communication skills written and spoken
Ability to interact communicate and present ideas
Understanding Time and deadlines for job
Min - 2 to 3 years exp preferable in Digital agency recruitment / Graphic designing Industry / Digital marketing Industry / Media and Advertisement agency
