Job Description -
1. Responsible for end - to end - Offboarding process.
2. Coordination with the cross functional team for timely closure of F&F
3. Analysing attrition trends & come up with best practices to curb the same.
4. Ensure Full and Final settlement for employees are done for exit employees and Relieving letters are timely issued.
5. Pre & Post exit interviews.
6. Prepare monthly HR dashboards
Skills Required -
1. Excellent interpersonal skills
2. Must have Ms-Office knowledge and experience
3. Proactive in decision making
4. Willingness to learn
