Job Description: Experience: 3 to 8 years. Education: Graduate or Post Graduate – MBA in HR Job Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Work Timings: 10.00 AM -07.00 PM Working Days: (Monday - Saturday) Job description: - 1.Recruitment: Sourcing, screening and interviewing of desired candidates 2.Maintain Database: Attendance & Leave management 3.Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain them HR policies, Leave policies and procedures 4.Documentation: Creation of confirmation letters, experience, relieving letter , monitor contract expiry for renewals & Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) 5. Handling PF and ESIC queries
6.Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
