Experience & knowledge of HRIS is mandatory
issuing employment contracts/agreements.
Perform orientations and updating of documentation.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines, policies and procedures.
Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsible for attendance and leave management
