Key Responsibilities
Supporting various functions throughout the entire employee life cycle like:
Attendance management.
Leave Management.
Updating of tracker.
Basis personal information sheets.
Timely collecting of weekly data from Managers.
As per situations filling the leavers check list and timely completing process with all approvals.
Collaborate with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
Work closely with regional leadership to implement performance management processes.
Support the execution of performance reviews, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.
Implement and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) for accurate employee data management.
Occasional travel in West India involved.
