Job description We have an urgent openings in I Process Service Pvt. Ltd. for HR Executive / HR Coordinator / MBA HR - Freshers ( for immediate joining ) Job Position: 1. Campus Recruitment Officer: Lead the full life cycle of recruitment for various openings on a monthly basis. Draft job descriptions, push them through all talent acquisition channels and coordinate. Candidate sourcing with the same. Screen candidates and conduct first round interviews to ensure their qualifications meet open positions. Coordinate and organize in-person interview rounds. Build and maintain a strong network to source candidates from various channels including referrals and not only rely on job portals, social networking and other classified job sites. Utilize your innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent. Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports. 2. Recruitment Officer: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitments of PAN India on a 365 days in a year model. Build blueprints of recruiting plan in consultation with the team and available resources. Create, groom and retain a performing team. Provide day to day support to key stakeholders across all functions and ensure all recruiting policies and processes are in place and add value to the business. Ensure process adherence and hiring completion within the time frame. Develop and manage various sourcing channels like Consultants, Vendors, Educational Institutions, etc. Manage logistics to organize multiple recruitment drives at different locations. Build successful relationships with business managers to understand their hiring needs. Proactively seek opportunities to increase value by raising standards and championing best practices, as well as actively looking for opportunities to create value for our business. Develop, improve and continuous evolvement of recruitment plan and process to align with the prevalent market practices. Maintaining & publishing various trackers & MIS reports. 3. HR Operations: Coordination on daily basis for job offers issued, data collection and reconciliation & employee codes generated. Preparing daily trackers regarding new joining candidates. Receiving & data entry in MIS all the new joining kits & discrepancy documents from recruitment team & candidates at various locations within the region/zone Checking of new joining kit as per Check list & process (SOP) all necessary statutory forms of PF-ESI etc, all necessary formats, KYC documents, photographs, education documents etc. Ensuring process adherence in every sphere of work. Back ground verification of new candidates. Data entry of new candidate details in to HR software. Ensuring New Joining Kits complete quality check. Creating an employee Kit & its movement. Maintain & share various trackers & MIS reports Employee codes generation within the specific monthly recruitment cycle ensuring quality & TAT.
