Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand their requirements and provide efficient support throughout the recruitment process
Understand requisitions, and aim to close the position through references, sourcing, social media, or job portals.
Assist in creating and sending candidate details to Central team for offer processing
Ensuring employees to complete the assigned online trainings on time
Other HR generalist activities for the region.
Preferred candidate profile
Ideal candidate would be an Graduate with Min 1 year experience or MBA / MMS (HR) Fresher
Proven experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
