JOB DETAILS
Responsible for screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates,
coordinating with interview panel, negotiating salary offers
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Taking care of induction, orientation process, exit formalities
Coordinate with bank for Salary account opening
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Rolling out of Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, increment letter,
Experience letter, Relieving letter
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Leave record, incentive management
Preparing and processing timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave
encashment and full and final settlements
Manage monthly payroll process
Process PF withdrawal, PF transfer
Liasoning with PF consultant
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Manage employees’ queries and grievances
Overall management of attendance and access control, CCTV monitoring
Plan and Execute employee engagement activities for employees
Skills :
Proven work experience as an HR Executive in Healthcare Industry
Good knowledge of Statutory Compliance
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative.
The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly,
while maintaining attention to detail
