Position Summary:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this role will fulfill hiring mandates for the assigned business. The incumbent will also manage Operations for Recruitment HR and Business HR
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
Responsible for acquiring talent for the various LOBs.
Source candidates, effectively utilizing internal advertising, LinkedIn, referral channels, databases, job boards, advertisements, social media and other networking sites within the defined SLAs.
Own, execute and manage seamless interview and selection processes, ensuring good pipeline of candidates for roles.
Deliver against recruiting targets whilst ensuring great candidate experience and business stakeholder satisfaction
Maintaining cost per hire within budgeted cost.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant onboarding experience for new hires
Pre and post Joining formalities
Issuance Offer letters, appointment letters & Confirmation letters
Sending welcome notes to new joiner & Scheduling the induction program with all departments.
Collection & Maintenance of personal documents & files of employees.
Issuance of office accessories to new Joiners, opening of salary accounts and email id configuration.
Briefing of company policies and rules & regulations
Business HR Operations
Assist Business Partner, HR in activities such as organising connect sessions, correspondence with employees, PMS related activities, collating feedback through surveys, handling routine employee queries.
Other Misc activities
Employee Engagement Activities
Events ( planning, logistics, execution).
Knowledge sharing sessions.
Planning & coordinating the cultural events
MIS
HR Analytics
Maintaining of Employee data base.
Generating different types of Monthly MIS report like Recruitment report, Headcount, Attendance report, Leave Status report and Costing report.
