Job description Handelnine Global is looking to hire a Senior Executive - Recruitment & HR This is an opportunity to join us while we're in a hyper-growth phase. We are open to both remote and in-office applicants We run eCommerce brands in over 30 countries around the world, including: United Kingdom Europe Australia Canada Singapore UAE Roles and Responsibilities The candidate will work with our Senior Manager - Human Resources for the following: Sourcing Profiles through Various Job Portals (Ex:- Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc) - for candidates from around the world Understanding Manpower Requirement. Handling end to end recruitment Life Cycle. Coordinating with shortlisted candidates for Interview lineups. Following up with selected candidates for completing Pre and Post Joining formalities. Maintaining and Updating Database/ATS Desired Candidate Profile Work experience in talent acquisition/ Hiring/ Recruitment Familiarity with social media and professional networks Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods He/she will be someone who can work autonomously and as part of a team Someone who is articulate with solid oral and written communication skills, and who is a good listener He/she must also be organized and able to manage multiple activities to completion.
