Dealing with email enquiries
Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.
General office management such as ordering stationary
Arranging both internal and external events
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
Online tender searching and filling tender documents/ maintain records of Tenders
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists/Submit and reconcile expense reports
recruiting and staffing logistics;
Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
Recruitment / Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
Contact references and perform background checks
Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
To build HR Business Plan in line with strategy of the sales organization.
Updating employees Attendance, Salary, PF & ESIC formalities.
