Overall HR responsibility for the company
Attendance and leave management.
Manage Salary & Payroll Processing.
Align HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.
Attend / participate in staff meetings to provide guidance and bring insight to HR perspectives
Understand the recruitment & talent needs of the company & develop plans to identify, acquire and develop the next generation of leaders.
Provide management with ongoing consultation on performance management tools and solutions.
Provide management and employee coaching for the resolution of employee issues, career counseling, etc.
Review and update data in Dropbox / teamwork and other crm systems on a regular basis
Identify potential compliance exposure and make appropriate resolution recommendations.
Support employee health and well being initiatives.
Handle Admin functions - File management, pantry, visit records, invoices etc.
To complete any work given by the CEO and Directors
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with background in HR & IR.
Minimum 2-10 Years’ Experience in HR ideally within a digital marketing background.
Fluent in English with good communication skill.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
Sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective internal relationships.
Knowledge of people strategies including people management.
Organizational Skills - ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
Self-directed individual with initiative, analytical and problem solving skills.
Diplomacy, maturity and adaptability competencies.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
