JOB DETAILS
· To provide a strong support to HR manager in achieving the tasks assigned to the department.
· Onboarding of new staff.
· Exit Formalities & Full and final Settlement.
· Employee Reimbursement.
· Working on HRMS/Payroll system.
· Employee Engagement activities.
· Working on monthly attendance for payoll (PAN India) & Biometric system.
· Responsible for overlooking House Keeping and office assistant/s activities.
· Management & keeping a track of company assets (Pan India)
· Inter department co-ordination for troubleshooting issues, concerns etc.
· Maintenance of staff records both online and offline.
· Ensuring compliance regarding monitoring & recording of attendance as per company standards.
· Responsible to plan & execute all general administration activities.

1. Candidate must have minimum 3 years of relevant experience into Recruitment and Operations
2. Candidate in between Borivali to Churchgate / CST to Thane / CST to Kharghar can apply
3. MBA HR is Mandatory
