Managing and coordinating HR Operation related activities like Offer, Joining and on-boarding, Employee, Exit, FNF, Payroll, Documentation, background verification.
Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
Communicating via Phone and mails for all HR Operation related quarries.
Has to co-ordinate all HR Operation related Issues with Employees and Managers.
Must having knowledge of Compliance related with construction Sites.
Must be cooperative & Follow the instructions given by seniors.
