Your Key Responsibilities :
Assist with the recruitment needs of the organisation
Assist in managing the entire employee life cycle from Recruitment to Off-boarding.
Work on the day-to-day HR Operations
Maintain employee records, pay related calculations, and other HR documents
Assist with maintaining HRIS system
Assist in drafting HR policies and processes.
Participate in Adhoc HR projects.
What To Bring :
Excellent verbal and written communication is a must
Experience in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
Degree or Qualification in HR or related field
Professional, self-starter, and committed to producing high-quality work.
'Can-do' mindset, self-motivation, and ability to multitask
Positive attitude and flexibility
Excellent reporting skills, presentation skills
Excellent time management skills
