We have an excellent opportunity for the position of HR Executive
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, Onboarding of New joiners
Manage Attendance, Payroll and benefits for employees
Maintain Employees Insurance details, Addition-Deletion of employees in GHI, GPA and GTI policies
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Ensure all HR related policies and documents are in place
