Position: HR Executive
Salary Package (CTC/Year): (INR 1.8L - 2.4L)
Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai
Preferred: MBA or Related Field - Freshers can apply | 0-1 Years of experience in HR Recruiting/Operations
Skills: Microsoft Office, Strong Communication Skills & Latest AI Applications Skills
Requirements
1. HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
objectives.
- Partner with senior management to identify HR priorities and develop plans to address
them.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
in talent acquisition and retention.
2. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate
sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely
fulfillment of vacancies.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies,
procedures, and employment laws.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and
productivity.
4. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance
evaluations, and feedback.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best
practices.
- Identify opportunities for employee development and career growth.
5. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to address skill gaps and
enhance employee capabilities
