Full job description Job Title: HR Executive Location: Vikhroli Job Type: Full-TimeJob Summary We are looking for an HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience in payroll, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage payroll, lead recruitment efforts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management: Process payroll, ensure timely salary disbursement, maintain records, and address inquiries. Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews. Assist in onboarding new employees. Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR-related legal requirements, stay updated on labor laws, prepare compliance reports, and conduct audits. General HR Support: Develop and implement HR policies, support employee relations, assist in performance management, and maintain accurate employee records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of HR experience, specifically in payroll, recruitment, and compliance. Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems. Familiarity with local labor laws. Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
