JOB DETAILS
· Talent Management: Talent acquisition for various positions as per requirements of department.
· Onboarding and Joining: Handle On-boarding and joining formalities.
Add new employees’ information to company’s payroll system.
Preparing Offer Cum Appointment letters, Confirmation letter, and Experience letter.
· HR Policies: Responsible for new policy creation and implementation. Providing advice and support to all departments HR policies, processes and other government regulations for best practice.
· Statutory Compliance & Payroll processing: Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures if required.
Process payroll on monthly basis.
Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
Take care statutory laws affecting payroll & Calculate monthly PF, ESIC, MLWF , Bonus, Overtime, etc.
Generate ECR and uploading challan for PF, ESI.
· PMS: Monitoring leaves and attendance, track performance and behavior of employees.
Providing report for further process of incentives, bonus and increment.
Employee transfer, promotion & terminations.
· Employee Engagement: Driving employee engagement activities as per employee engagement calendar & budget allocated.
· Exit: Ensure proper completion of exit formalities.
