Responsibilities and Duties
Training
Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator or coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
MS Office proficiency - Word , Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong communication skills
Recruitment
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites
Cold Calling Passive Job Seekers.
Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity.
Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
Using candidate databases to find the right person for the vacancy.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Graduates with Good command over English
Fair typing speed & Computer Literacy
