JOB DETAILS
1. Preparation of weekly and monthly MIS .
a. MIS would be related to new joinee performance , feedback during probation period, confirmation.
b. Working with Operation and recruitment team to prepare weekly manning data
2. Anchoring New joinee checkin conversation
a. Speaking to new joinees and highlighting issues
b. Scheduling leadership and HRG meets with new joinees
3. Anchoring Buddy program for new joinee
4. Being a point of contact for Sales team on query resolution, and helping them in resolving concerns
5. Designing mailers and communication for sales team on recognition , culture survey etc. ( This is an important ask)
6. Processing bills and vendor payments
7. Supporting HRG in rolling out initiatives.
