Recruitment / Employment
Working on job portals (Naukri, Monster.com, Times, Shine, Indeed, etc.) to get relevant candidates and posting the job description on various job portals
With Department Heads, assesses people needs, supports in creating job descriptions and robust recruitment plans.
Conducts the HR interview for job applicants and determines culture fit.
Liaises with Department Heads and Admin Department to ensure smooth coordination of the on-boarding and induction process.
Manages the recruitment process via and ensuring that information is accurate and up to always date.
Supports Department Heads and Management in organisation development & design to create efficient, effective, fit for purpose teams.
Facilitates change initiatives, assesses impact, and creates plans and communications in support of leaders.
Encouraging the employees to provide reference for better prospects.
Employee Relations
Serves as primary contact to address employee concerns & responds to employee relation issues such as employee concerns and complaints.
Coaches and counsel management in employee related issues, including assisting managers in making and executing performance improvement, grievance processes and complex disciplinary decisions. Follows up to ensure early and appropriate resolution.
Participates in the investigation and resolution of employee relations problems, anticipates problems, and develops, recommends, and initiates appropriate steps for resolution.
Collaborates with Leaders to facilitate the Employee Engagement Survey, employee focus groups and action plans for continuous improvement.
Conducts exit interviews and analyses data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Remains current in knowledge and understanding of laws/regulations and interprets relevant laws and policies advising management and employees accordingly. Identifies trends that could impact organizational objectives and/or operational resources.
To send motivational mails to employees on regular basis.

Talent/ Learning & Development
Delivers the talent management process with departmental head including succession planning for key jobs, key people and development planning and execution.
Manages Performance Review with Departmental Heads.
Analyses Internal Training Path, quality and benefits of training.
Helping the Department Heads do Performance appraisal in a better way by adopting better appraisal practices.
Exit Formalities
Conducting exit interviews of candidates who are resigning
Helping the person to be relieved properly
Issuing relieving letter and letter of experience
Doing the full and final settlement for the person
General
Administers various human resources plans and procedures for personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures as and when required.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Conducts ad-hock administration tasks when required.

Qualifications:
Experience working in a standalone role desirable.
Experience of working in a Service industry environment is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, judgment, ability to see the nuance and make solid and effective recommendations and decisions in inexact situations.
Highly self-motivated, conscientious and confidential individual who demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness.
Ability to build confidence quickly.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational, matrix environment.
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues. Sensitivity to the need of every individual to be treated with respect and fairness. Roles and Responsibilities
