Job Responsibility for HR Executive:-
1) Taking care of End to End Recruitment Activity. (Pan India)
2) Ensuring the vacant positions are filled within the given turn around time.
3) Sourcing CV through Job Portals, Campus Hiring, etc.
4) Scheduling interviews, Releasing offer Letters.
5) Ensuring documentation and smooth Joining of new joinees.
6) Carry out employee On boarding, ensuring timely background verification,
7) Induction, Training Schedule & Confirmation.
8) Maintaining HR database and MIS.
