To manage the Talent Acquisition process efficiently by using the standard recruiting & hiring practices and procedures necessary to hire and recruit superior workforce.
To ensure smooth Onboarding and Exit process.
Developing adequate induction and training
To implement and administer all HR policies & programs without deviation to improve Associate experience
Ensure compliance of all State laws and filing of all returns on time.
To handle GMC with all the process & co-ordination with agency.
To ensure error free and on time payroll process by adhering to Organizational rules
Take care of Time office function by tracking Attendance, Leave management, resolving queries on a timely basis.
Prepare & present error free relevant reports to the Management in prescribed formats by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends as and when required.
Proactively maintain all reports pertaining to human resources on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis.
Ensure performance oriented culture by effectively coordinating / comply with performance management process (JDs, KRA/KPI, Quarterly & Half yearly appraisals)
Ensure all Associate engagement & Associate welfare initiatives are implemented as per the policy
Update job knowledge by reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in seminars and conferences.
Preserve Organization value by keeping information confidential and maintain professionalism.
Manage employees grievances
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 PA.
