1. Recruitment
-Manpower planning, Conducting Interviews &making salary negotiations.
-Inducting New Joinees, managing joining documentation.
- Issuing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Resignation, Termination letters.
2. Payroll Management
- Preparing & Calculating Monthly Attendance, managing leaves.
- Disbursement of Salary to staff & labours.
- Generation of Salary slips.
- Updation of attendance register on weekly/monthly basis.
- Processing & calculating deductions like Income Tax, PF etc
- Generation & issuance of Form 16.
3. Exit Management
- Getting clearance from Reporting manager, departmental head.
- Acceptance of Resignation.
- Conducting Exit Interview.
4. Insurance
- Responsible to manage the timely renewals of the Insurance Policies on timely, contractual, yearly basis.
- Insurance types are of - Machines, Bikes, Personal Vehicles, Office Insurance, WCP etc.
- Proper keeping record of Insurance renewals history in Machine Insurance file.
5. Filing
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data.
- Maintenance of leave details of all staff & timely filing the same.
6. Performance Management System
- Ensure Timely Goal Setting
- Ensure Performance Feedback Session between Appraiser and Appraise
- Consolidate Appraisal data & ensure timely completion of the process
7. Admin Responsibilities:
- Supervising administrative functions like AMC, house-keeping, repair and maintenance, stationery distribution, pantry administration, etc.
- Verifying and processing of the Utility bills and ensure timely payment and recovery of dues.
- Co-ordination in managing TRS, Compliances related matters.
8. Employee Engagement
- Facilitate team building and fun at work activities such as Staff get-togethers, Birthday celebrations, Reward & Recognition, weekly meetings, etc
