Responsible for managing complete end to end recruitment process
Understanding clients & requirements, accordingly planning & strategizing.
As per requirement executing through search on Job Portals, database, referrals, LinkedIn and head hunting for sourcing relevant candidates.
Interaction with the candidates, briefing them about the client & requirement
Coordinate with the Candidates as per Client interview schedules
Follow up with the clients on a daily basis to know the interview feedbacks
Preparing periodic recruitment reports and presenting to senior management
Negotiating with potential selected candidates & convincing them.
Ensuring candidates join as per the offer acceptance.
