Job description Roles and Responsibilities Urgently looking forHR Executive in one of leading Textile Company @ Bhiwandi location. Position:HR Executive - Recruitment & Selection Experience: Min 5 yrs (Min 2 - 3 yrs in Recruitment) Location:Bhiwandi, Mumbai CTC - Upto 5 LPA Summery: An HR recruiter's main goal is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Recruiter should develop recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and new, creative recruiting ideas. Skill requirement: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Excellent organizational and time management skills Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems Proficient computer skills Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Recruiter to communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. They must also be able to communicate with potential job candidates. Recruiter must have the ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork. They must also be able to effectively deal with potential candidates. Recruiter must be able to review candidates’ applications and decide whether or not they meet the qualifications to be considered for positions. Knowledge of Job Descriptions of textile industry positions is preferred Job Responsibilities: Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements Perform reference checks as need Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms Manage onboarding and new hire process Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Responsible for Pre & Post recruitment process. Responsible for Pre & Post recruitment process including induction, probation, confirmation appraisal process. Develop, Prepare and distribute position-based assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests to test prospective candidates to evaluate before interview Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Conduct regular feedback, follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Should be flexible with time-based on Requirements Reduce Average time taken to fill vacancies Reduce Average cost per recruitment Finalize selection in requisite timeline for each individual position Decrease HR costs per new hire.
