Interview arrangement, Training & Development of new teachers
Reference check of all employees [New as well as existing where required]
Police verification process to be coordinated and records maintained for all employees
Maintaining attendance report of all employees and on a regular basis to be reported and submitted to HR Manager and Teacher coach to track irregularity of teachers if any and proactively investigate
Maintaining leave records of Employees
Monthly report on number of employees, instrument wise, designation wise and new initiatives and training conducted
Ensuring Welcome notes are created for all new employees
Employee Productivity and Motivation
Employee retention & development for Employees and analyzing training needs
Time Table and Holiday Calendar to be maintained for each school for training purposes
Collation of data and analysis report submission for Performance appraisal twice a year for the employees
Any other HR job as requested by the management under the skill set of the HR Executive.
