JOB DETAILS
· Must be well equipped with recruitment expertise and negotiation skills
· Involved in full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation and closing.
· Collecting Requirement from respective Team Lead
· Managing / Sourcing candidates from various Social media channels
· Screening via Telephonic Interviewing Candidate selection, Salary Negotiations, Joining Formalities etc.
· Design and implement company policies that promote healthy work environment
· Addressing the requests and complaints of employees in a timely manner
· Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
· Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have

· Ability to develop as well as maintain long-term employee relations
· Exceptional management and organizational skills
· People oriented and result driven
· Strongly inclined to do high quality and impactful work in a dynamic and unstructured environment
· Possesses excellent written and verbal communications skills to communicate with all levels of employees and vendors
· Excellent in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
