JOB DETAILS
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Handling Talent Acquisition
Creation of JDs and Setting up KRAs
Drafting of Offer Letters
Formulating and implementig best HR practises, policies and initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention
Verifying documents and conducting background verification of new joiners
Developing Performance Appraisal Process linked to reward management
Motivating good performers and training weak performers
Handling paysheets, appointments and recruitment structure
Conducting exit interviews and taking care of full and final settlement
Resolution of Employee grievance
Conducting employee engagement activities for recreation
Ensuring management of People on matters relating to adhering to the office rules
Work closely with Business Heads and ensure if KRAs of employees are being delivered and if not then suggest immediate remedy
Should have good written and spoken English. Should be able to converse effectively
Admin related work
