ABOUT THE ROLE: As a HR Executive, Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Ensures a seamless candidate experience, maintains applicant tracking systems, and supports the onboarding process for new hires. Manages recruitment marketing efforts and stays updated on industry best practices to attract top talent.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Talent Acquisition:
1. Source candidates using various methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Interviewing and Selection:
1. Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
2. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
3. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
1.Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
2.Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment policies, processes, and best practices.
Candidate Management:
1. Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
2. Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback as necessary.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to key team members.
Recruitment Marketing:
1.Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
2.Promote the employer brand through online and offline channels.
Payroll Management:
1.Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all statutoryregulations and company policies.
Statutory Compliance:
1. Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, including timely submissions of PF, ESI, gratuity, and other mandated contributions.
Continuous Improvement:
1.Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes and procedures.
2.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years experience
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the BPO or similar industry.
In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and governance practices.
Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
