JOB DETAILS
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for the organization.
Specifically, the responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and systems that attract qualified candidates to the organization;
Posting job descriptions on various job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn;
Screening resumes and interviewing candidates;
Managing the overall recruitment process from start to finish;
Ensuring all proper documentation and record keeping associated with the recruitment process is maintained;
Maintaining proper communication with management and employees with respect to recruitment status and updates.
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field;
3+ years of experience in recruitment and staffing;
Experience working with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment;
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
Excellent negotiating and communication skills;
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems;
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
