Prepare and maintain records that are reviewed and used by an outside CA firm to prepare tax returns and perform the annual financial audit.
Supervise the recording of cash receipts and bank deposits and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts.
Oversee processing of accounts payable and receivable and ensure prompt collection of receivables.
Oversee and maintain contracts with related vendors & purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by the proprietor.
Tag and monitor fixed assets and equipment, maintaining a property ledger for IT and non-IT equipment.
Maintain updated policies and ensure compliance to all policies, employee personnel files and serve as point of contact for all payroll/benefits inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt, courteous and appropriate resolution.
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training and separation / termination.
Oversee work by housekeeping staff and ensure hygiene & upkeep of the office.
