Screening, sourcing and Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Job Boards and Github). Responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates Craft and send recruiting emails ,Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements . Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs ,Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and onboarding. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Asking for referrals from current employees and external networks Promote our employer brand online and offline Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System) Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities Requirements Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer . Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) Represent our company and open roles to potential candidates * * Effective time-management abilities Require: 3-5 years experience in end to end recruitment cycle IT and NON IT recruitment experience Headhunting Experience will be and Add-onn. Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and ORC Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must Ready to work from office. Fully Vaccinated
