desktop/laptop arrangement etc.
Medical, PF, ESIC enrollment of new joiners.
Preparation of Appointment Letters, offer letters.
Monthly attendance and leave management.
Probation review and confirmation process.
Providing Payslip to employees.
Grievance redress of employees.
Vehicle arrangement for employees.
Addition / deletion data submission for Mediclaim insurance.
Clearance and F&F process, Experience and No dues letters of exit employees.
Exit interview of resigned employees.
Joining formalities of New Employees (Documentation, Induction, Introduction etc.)
General Emails to employees (Birthdays, Thought of day, Notifications etc.)
