Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, policy formulation, and administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the hiring process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
2.Policy Formulation
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.
Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend updates to policies as needed.
3. Administrative HR Tasks:
Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Process payroll and benefits administration, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
Monitor and track attendance, leave, and time-off requests.
Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
Assist with employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and policy formulation.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.Role & responsibilities
