Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Handling end to end hiring process, Recruiting right candidates for the role, Selection, Offer and Negotiation.
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Employee welfare, safety, wellness and health and counselling is an important area of work for the Human Resources Generalist and involvement in the development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees.
HR policy development and documentation in line with the companys corporate vision.
Induction process
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
Conducting Employee satisfaction survey
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all Employee
Manage employees’ grievances and work towards resolution
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Ensuring all the tools are provided to the employees to perform their work
Preparing job description for employee
Ensuring that the Full & Final Settlement is sent and computed for all the ex-employees
Issuance of Letters – Appointment letter, Promotion Letter and Reliving Letters
Liaise with the various Department / Team / Management for smooth function of work
Ownership of maintaining the Master Database
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
