Roles and Responsibilities
RECRUITMENT / TALENT ACQUISITION
To Strategize & execute the recruitment activities at HO & factory level, identifying and deploying best practices in staffing & recruitment automating these systems for speed & efficiency. Rolling out new initiatives and executing the recruitment cycle in timely manner.
EMPLOYEE ON-BOARDING
Ensuring joining formalities with proper documentation including company overview and its policies & procedures, statutory requirements & filling all requisite documents in order
Completing goal setting process of each new joinee
Forwarding PF, ESI, Gratuity, Superannuation & Mediclaim nomination forms to payroll team for processing
Allotting employee ID, Stationary kit, and email id to the new joinees
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
Keeping track records of loan & advance taken by employees with co-ordination of Accounts department.
Maintain & update HR MIS reports & employees information.
Clarify employee grievance & various issues/queries related to leave salary, salary payments etc.
Preparing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Extension of probation letter, Service bond & Confirmation letters, and issuance of the same and filling the counter approval in the employee personal file.
LEAVE MANAGEMENT
To maintain Leave records of employees.
To maintain late coming reports & informing same to management & their HODs.
SEPARATION
Preparation of the Full & Final settlement.
Issuance of Experience & reliving letters & full & final settlement letter.
Completion of the provident fund post separation formalities.
REPORTS
Adherence to the Report Matrix.
Daily MIS, Weekly MIS and Monthly MIS in line to adherence to Report Matrix.
OTHERS
Preparation and handover of the Provident Fund and Professional Tax reports to Accounts Department
Verify the bills received from the Contractors for attendance and charges from the labour Contractors/canteen and handover to the accounts department for further processing.
Ensure contractors receive the payments on time.
