JOB DETAILS
Research Training and development practices in order to meet organisational, departmental and individual development needs
Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners and external suppliers with agreed timelines
Coordinating with Induction & orientation Program
Provide a reliable point of contact for all Training and development matters
Ensure staff attend internal and external Training events to meet legal requirements and wider T&D strategy
Produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed HR performance indicators
Prepare or select any learning and development materials or programmes required by the learner/trainer
Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures
Monitor and collate T&D evaluation forms
Support the T&D team in achieving their development goals
Manage the Training and development calendar
Provide administrative support to staff and managers in the planning and delivery of T&D events and strategy
Provide administrative support to the wider HR team where required

Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital, founded in honour of the legend, Padma Bhushan Dr L H Hiranandani, came into existence in February 2004. The challenge of the early days was enormous, to foster the fledgling hospital into an enduring symbol of healthcare in the country.
