Job description
Key Purpose of the Job:
To take care of HR operational activities for DNEG India team in Mumbai
Needs to Do:
MIS Maintaining and updating database of employees in HRIS portal
Ensures the timely implementation of database changes to ensure accurate payroll
Assisting in Payroll
Coordinating for the full and final settlement of the employees
Query and grievances handling of Employees
Acts as a resource and guide for HR managers as it relates to HR data and positions
Ensures the accuracy for data entered into HR data systems for successful data audits
Audits data on a regular basis to review data accuracy and compliance.
Acts as the initial escalation point for data corrections that are required in the HRIS database; escalates further if necessary and executes approved corrections.
Plans and implements recordkeeping processes for permanent personnel records
Participate in the creation of new queries and reports as needed
Collects the data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, exit interviews, employment records, government labour statistics, competitors practices, and other sources.
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to HR managers
Recommend changes in internal and external procedures for maximizing effectiveness of the reports and HRIS
Needs to Know:
Proficient in MS office
Expert in Excel
Exposure to Workday or related system would be an added advantage.
Thorough understanding of Labour Laws

Qualification:
MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute
