"Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members and executives.
Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries for team members and visitors.
Record Keeping: Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
Human Resources Support:
Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, and benefits information.
Payroll: Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Employee Relations: Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
HR Policies: Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Compliance: Ensure HR-related compliance with labor laws and regulations."
