Roles & Responsibility
Managing recruitment process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer.
Conducting HR round interview for various profiles
Preparing interview schedule for candidates
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data ( leaves)
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Responsible for HR Processes & Policy Management
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Education & Experience
1-3 years of experience in handling the HR
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proven work experience as an HR Executive
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Good communication skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
Great judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent computer skills; Good knowledge of document management systems and other relevant applications (e.g. word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability and desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Possesses a collaborative, results-driven style.
Flexible, Adaptive, Ability to work under pressure and provide quality outputs within tight timelines
