Job description Job title HR Executive Location Chennai or Mumbai Experience 3 6 years Skills Required Hands on experience in Recruitment lifecycle, preferably IT recruitment. Understanding of Job requisition and engage with stakeholders for requirement gathering. Sourcing candidates from external / internal sources Knowledge in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc. Interview coordination and follow up Collaborating with multiple teams to complete recruitment process and follow up with candidates until onboarding. Cross country collaboration and managing stakeholders from different regions Knowledge of working in any ATS Creation and updating recruitment trackers for reporting purposes.
