We need a person who can work on a full-time basis for our organization. We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year experience in Recruitment and can join us within a week.
Roles and responsibilities:
Manage the IT Recruitment and Selection Process
Conduct Onboarding for New Joinees.
Monitoring reports generated from the system for payroll and payslips
Taking/organizing sessions for our employees
Planning activities for employees
Motivating Employees on a regular basis
Planning and conducting individual and team review meetings
Posting Blogs on social networks, Uploading Event/Birthday Pictures etc. on the network.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Good Communication Skills
Quick learner
Recruitment Experience would be a plus point
Travel to the office.
Should be innovative
